Teri Fish & Honey Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • 50gr ‘Teri Medan’
  • 50gr Lobster
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 dishes of rice

Spicy:

  • 1 onion leaf, cut it diagonal
  • 2 ‘kemiri’
  • 4 slices garlic
  • 5 slices onion
  • ¼ slices Bombay onion
  • ½ ts pepper
  • 2 ds ‘saus tiram’
  • ‘Arak’ as your taste
  • 2 ts margarine
  • 2 ds vegetable oil
  • ¼ ts salt
  • 6 slices ‘rawit’ chili
  • 2 slices ‘curly’ chili
  • ½ ts MASAKO

How to cook:

1.       Heat vegetable oil and margarine, put onion

2.       Add eggs and fried until ½ done

3.       Add ‘kemiri’, garlic, pepper, Bombay onion, chili, ‘teri medan’, lobster, ‘tiram’ sauce, MASAKO, and salt

4.       Add rice, onion leaf, tomato, and ‘arak’

• 2 eggs
• 2 dishes of rice
• 8 ‘Puyuh-bird’, boiled
• 2 cow’s meatball
• 2 fish’s meatball
• 1 potato, slice it
• 4 lobster
• 50gr chicken

Spicy:
• 1 onion leaf, cut it diagonal
• ¼ tomato
• 4 slices garlic
• 5 slices onion
• ¼ slices Bombay onion
• 6 slices ‘rawit’ chili
• 2 slices ‘curly’ chili
• ½ ts MASAKO
• 2 ds BANGO soy bean
• ¼ ts pepper
• 2 ds honey
• 2 ‘kemiri’
• 3 ds ‘saus tiram’
• ‘Arak’ as your taste
• 2 ts margarine
• 1 ds fish oil
• 2 ds vegetable oil
• ¼ ts salt
• 4 ds coconut oil

How to cook:
1. Heat vegetable oil and margarine, put onion
2. Add eggs and fried until ½ done, add smoothly spicy, ‘salam’, ‘serai’, tomato, onion leaf, chicken meat
3. Add meatball, eggs from Puyuh-bird, potato
4. Add rice
5. Add ‘Djempol’ chili sauce.

**For 2 persons
